The Benefits of Exercising At Work
Improve your Health, Energy-Level and Productivity: In addition to losing weight, improving their health, and extending their lifespan, people who exercise before or during work are happier, suffer less stress, and are more productive. This was discovered in a study performed by the University of Bristol.
Double Your Calorie Burn Without Working up a Sweat: Pedaling the DeskCycle at a leisurely pace of 1 revolution per second on the lowest resistance setting doesn’t feel like exercise at all. Yet this will increase your Calorie burn more than using a standing desk. On a setting of 3 at the same pace, you will burn twice the amount of Calories than you would just sitting at your desk. When using the DeskCycle at your desk you should set the resistance level to 3 or less. This low cardio zone increases your energy level and oxygen to your brain without distracting you from your work.

Difference between the DeskCycle and the DeskCycle 2
The DeskCycle-2 is the DeskCycle with two new features. The DeskCycle-2 has an adjustable pedal height and an improved display.
Adjustable Pedal Height: The front Leg on the DeskCycle-2 is adjustable. This lets you set the maximum pedal height to either 9 inches or 10 inches. The regular DeskCycle has a maximum pedal height of 10 inches. The lower pedal height gives you an extra inch of clearance between your knees and the underside of your desk.
Improved Display: The DeskCycle-2 display has all of the features of the DeskCycle display. It also has the following additional features:
- Larger Viewing Area
- Keeps track of up to 160 hours of activity. The DeskCycle display keeps track of up to 16 hours of activity
